How to Order

Swole Foods currently offers the three meal programs below. Specific meal options from our menu will be offered weekly, and a Swole Foods employee will coordinate 21 meals with you weekly to ensure your satisfaction before a delivery date is set up. 

Please be aware of our Delivery Area. If you are outside of the delivery area, please shoot us an email at Swolefoods.us@gmail.com or Facebook message to confirm we will ship to your area.
